Proposed Schedule (subject to shift with the process):

• Monday, June 14 | Reference photos due to Bri

• Friday, July 9 | Sketches sent to client

• Week of July 12 (date TBD) | Zoom Call to discuss sketches and creative direction.

• Friday, July 30 | Image of final painting sent to client for approval. One round of revisions is included in the cost of the work, if necessary.

• Monday, August 30 | Tentative ship date if there are no revisions. This allows a month of dry time for the oil paint to fully set and ship safely. The balance, including any framing and shipping costs, is due before shipping.

Commissioning a painting is a huge exercise in trust, and I truly take that to heart. My goal is for you to be happy with the work, while giving you something that feels reflective of my process and true to my own artistic vision. Please feel comfortable asking questions throughout the process.
