I’m a New Hampshire native, working primarily from landscapes, observed and invented. I am fascinated by the concept of perception and the imperfections and idiosyncrasies that emerge when translating life through painting. My paintings are products of my experience with the New Hampshire and Maine seacoast. While I often have sentimental connections to the landscapes I paint, the simplification of shapes and invented color relationships I use result in lively, sugar sweet impressions of my world.
I currently live in Dover, New Hampshire with my husband, Bryan and our hound-lab mix, Vinny. My other passion is teaching, and I’m currently an art educator in Allenstown, NH serving grades K-8.
